As for the shipping policy, Journeys ALL ACCESS members receive free ground shipping. For non-members, standard ground shipping is $7.99. The shipping time frame is 3-5 business days after 1-2 business day processing time. This applies to domestic orders only. Some items on the site are shipped directly from the manufacturer. These items will ship Standard Ground and are not eligible for expedited shipping (Next Day or 2nd Day). Please allow up to three additional days for delivery of these items.
